Willson will join the project team early to assist with pre-construction planning phase. These activities could include budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and logistics. Once the project moves into the construction phase, Willson contiues too facilitate the construction process by coordinating all activities of the subcontractors, maintain proper communication and monitor the project budget.

  • The owner typically holds all contracts
  • Increased liability for the owner
  • No single entity to guarantee the price of the project
  • Services of the construction manager can many times be adequately handled by a general contractor
  • No self perform work is done by the construction manager
