Willson will join the project team early to
assist with pre-construction planning phase.
These activities could include budgeting,
value engineering, scheduling, and
logistics. Once the project moves into the
construction phase, Willson contiues too
facilitate the construction process by
coordinating all activities of the
subcontractors, maintain proper
communication and monitor the project
budget.
