Current Projects Under Construction

Lucas County Port Authority - Rental Car Maintenance Facility This new 12,000 square foot facility will be located at Toledo Express Airport.  The facility will serve the maintenance needs of all rental car agencies and should be open by mid-2009.
Kohl's Department Stores Two new stores are currently being built in Franklin, IN.  In addition, the Kohl's store on Airport Highway in Toledo is undergoing a complete renovation.  Work on all three projects will be completed by October 2008.
Westfield Elementary School New 30,000 square foot elementary school located on Western Avenue between the Anthony Wayne Trail and Broadway and is scheduled to be open in August 2008.
Luther Ridge New 31,000 square foot, multi-housing for the Lutheran Housing Services.  Scheduled completion date set for late Fall in 2008.
Flory Gardens Complete restoration of apartments and grounds for the Lucas County Housing Authority.  Approximately 100,000 square feet of living space is scheduled to be completed by February of 2009.
Oregon Church of the Nazarene A new 20,000 square foot church with activity center is under construction in Oregon.  The project is scheduled to be completed by early Fall 2008.
Bittersweet Farms The Bittersweet Farms organization is looking forward to the Fall 2008 completion of their new 11,000 square foot facility.  This new project will offer additional housing capacity for the autistic residents on this beautiful farm setting in Whitehouse.
University of Toledo - Center for Business Learning and Engagement Willson Builders recently started the new 55,000 square foot UT Center for Business Learning and Engagement.  This new LEED certified facility, scheduled to be completed by Fall 2009, will be a focal point for the University's College of Business.
Arlington Elementary School The new 45,000 square foot school will be open for the 2009-2010 school year.  Located on Woodsdale Avenue in South Toledo, this two story elementary school was designed by the Collaborative.
Larchmont K-8 School This 70,000 square foot k-8 school is scheduled to be open in the summer of 2009.  SSOE is the architect for Larchmont.
ABLE/Legal Aid The new offices for ABLE/Legal Aid of Western Ohio will be located in a renovated five story building in downtown Toledo.
Raymer Elementary School This new 60,000 square foot school will be open for the 2009-2010 school year.  Munger Munger & Associates is the architect for this new school.
SSOE, Inc. This office renovation covers over 5000 square foot and involves three stories.
