The Design/Build approach to construction
provides the owner with a single source for
both design and construction services.
Willson will oversee all phases of the
project from design development through to
owner occupancy. Willson will team up
with an architect and other consultants who
best meet the owner's design needs and
expectations. The Design/Build process
facilitates an atmosphere of open
communication, resulting in a lower overall
project cost. This process optimizes
the owner's opportunity to gain greatest
construction value.
The Design/Build process also allows the
owner to enjoy the security of knowing how
each construction dollar is spent.
Willson will perform the typical
Design/Build project for a fixed fee.
All subcontracts, self perform labor,
materials and general condition costs are
known to the owner.
